Summit Place:
Web Design and Brand Development

Asset Living came to us needing to rebrand a new student property acquisition in Charleston, South Carolina. The previous brand was almost indistinguishable from a neighboring property. They needed to emphasize their key differentiators and create something high-end but less stuffy than the competition. They were keeping the name and logo but needed a new website, brochure, and flyers.

My solution was to create a website & brochure that emphasized the key differentiators of the property: their tutoring services, housingkeeping services, in-house work-out classes, bike share program, and on-site art studios. Instead of using dark colors to connote a high end brand, I utilized a pastel palette with white brick accents to help modernize them.
