Trailside is a luxury student apartment complex in Seattle, Washington’s U-District. They came to us with an amazing leasing space and a very tight timeline. Trailside had a logo but no visual brand identity and they needed a website and leasing space designed fast and on a tight budget.

I expanded the visual identity for Trailside with patterns inspired by topographic maps to emphasize the nature trails near the property as well as to appeal to an outdoorsy-minded student population. For the creation of the leasing office, I created a multi-layered 3D design installation to fully utilize the great retail staging area in their lease space. Multi-dimensional graphics, including vinyl wall stickers, faux living walls, and hanging lifestyle photos, with ropes and carabiners as the accents made the space uniquely fit their clientele.
