Brand Creation

 

CA Ventures came to us needing a distinctive brand for their new student apartment complex in the highly saturated market of West Campus near the University of Texas at Austin. As one of the largest campuses in the nation with many student properties, CA really wanted something that they hadn’t seen before that also fit into their existing interior and exterior design.

Starting with research into the other student apartments in the area we developed a list of colors and messaging that needed to be avoided to stand out. Our team created a name inspired by UT’s Hall of Noble Words. Using this as a springboard I created a brand inspired by Gen Z’s pursuit of a more ideal future. The logo is a nod to the beam structure present in the Hall of Noble Words and directional arrows, while the photography projects the positivity and individuality of the students.
